Risk Management Limited were instructed in January 2020 to undertake both a Phase I Desk Study and a Phase II Intrusive Site Investigation for a proposed residential ‘extra care’ facility and a ‘day-care’ centre in Petersfield, Hampshire.

The Site Investigation included 10 No. Light Percussion boreholes across the site along with subsequent land-borne gas monitoring in standpipe installations.

Laboratory testing included, Moisture Contents, Atterberg Limits, Undrained Triaxial Compression Tests, Particle Size Distributions, pH and Sulphate tests, Contamination testing and Asbestos identification.
