Risk Management Limited were instructed to undertake a Phase I Desk Study/Tier 1 Preliminary Risk Assessment and a Phase II Site Investigation at a residential property in Sonning, Berkshire.

Intrusive fieldwork consisted of 4 No. light percussion boreholes up to 7m deep, 4 No. CBR tests, 3 No. gas/groundwater monitoring installations, 3 No. falling head permeability tests and a full BRE 365 Soil Infiltration test.

Laboratory testing included, Particle Size Distribution tests, pH and Sulphate tests, Contamination tests and Asbestos tests.
